We’re delighted that a new research project is starting at Lyn’s House this autumn. It will be a collaboration with John Swinton and the Centre for Spirituality, Health and Disability at the University of Aberdeen. Members of the Lyn’s House community will be participants in designing, conducting and disseminating the research. We hope that it will help articulate and communicate the importance of communities of faith and friendship for people of varying intellectual abilities, and the kinds of learning they foster. The project also aims to encourage other such communities in churches, universities, theological education and wider society.
