Happy Easter everyone!!
It was wonderful to be together as a whole community on a gloriously sunny Sunday at the end of Easter Week! We had tea and cake and chatted together. Some of us planted sunflower seeds and played games. We welcomed some guests, celebrated several birthdays and shared news.
Later on, we told the story of the risen Jesus meeting his friends as they were walking to Emmaus, thinking he was gone forever. We acted out the story. We imagined Jesus saying to each of us ‘I will never leave you’.
Then we had a mega Easter egg hunt!
